Natural oils

An oil is a fatty substance that is in the liquid state at room temperature and does not mix with water. Oils are fatty, viscous liquids of animal, vegetable, mineral or synthetic origin. They differ from greases that are pasty in normal conditions of use. Butter is not considered an oil although it is liquid in some hot countries. In temperate countries, some oils, normally liquid, can freeze in cold weather
