Who are we ?

We are a Trader / Shopper for all those who wish to buy products in Morocco. Indeed, we negotiate and purchase for you directly from Moroccan suppliers and manufacturers then store, package and secure your packages in our depot and finally we organize the logistics until the final delivery of your goods. Being aware of the high demand and the difficulties encountered by people wishing to buy and import different items from Morocco, we have therefore set up Tijara-Discountexpress, an online platform representing and facilitating the sale of cosmetic and natural as well as artisanal products. traditional ones found on the Moroccan and oriental market. We thus facilitate access to the market by digitalizing products while acting as an intermediary between suppliers and customers. We electronically display for sale thousands of items at wholesale prices with small minimum purchase quantities accessible directly on our site. We regularly add new features. At a time when digital technology has become essential in worldly affairs, Tijara-Discountexpress has been able to provide a solution with a new concept in international trade.

How does our business work ?

The site is managed entirely by our team and our working method consists of providing the buyer with the product(s) purchased when ordering while having a minimum stock knowing that the rest is supplied directly from the seller / supplier.

When a purchase is made with validated payment, Tijara-Discountexpress will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We are in direct contact with Moroccan manufacturers and importers for other oriental products. We have a large, reliable and solid network of serious suppliers with whom we have established a privileged relationship over time. Our reputation, established after many years of activity, has allowed us to acquire experience and mutual respect in the field. We sort and select our partners with the greatest care.

Once the products are received in our warehouse, a complete and careful check is carried out to guarantee the quality and good condition of the items, particularly the expiry dates which our suppliers know must be far away (*However, despite our vigilance, it is possible that certain products have not been controlled). In the event of non-compliance (*defective item, missing packaging, near expiry date, etc.) the products are then returned to the supplier.

Then, the packages are packaged and secured in our depot in Morocco and then shipped worldwide. In the event of unavailability of one or more products for various reasons (*lack of raw materials, broken packaging from the manufacturer, delay in replenishment, any incidents etc.) we contact the customer informing them of the situation while offering him if he wants to wait, change to another choice or a refund.

For each item, we have included small profit margins in the seller's base prices, thus contributing to the costs of our services. The prices displayed are therefore the final sales prices including our profit margins which vary depending on the supplier. Also for shipping costs, we have added a slight margin to compensate for all our charges including for example boxes, bubble wrap, labor, fuel etc...

In the event of incidents such as non-receipt of your package coming from various causes, our customer service will endeavor to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Finally, know that we will always listen to our customers and support them no matter what, because you are dear to us and our sincere intention is your satisfaction.

The different stages of our operation :

After receipt of your payment, our team will do everything possible to gather your items and prepare your order then package and secure your packages in our depot in Morocco
Pick-up of packages by truckers in Morocco with departures once or twice a week by road to the dispatch platform in France, except for DHL and Aramex, packages are shipped directly from Morocco by air
Delivery of parcels in transit between Morocco and France by road (customs clearance of parcels at the borders, including payment of VAT and others, is the responsibility of the truckers *unless you choose the carriers DHL or Aramex then this will be at your expense). your charge)
Truckers arrive on the platform of our partner in France and then dispatch parcels via UPS, GLS, Chronopost, La poste (Colissimo), Mondial Relay etc... (*a parcel tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail )

*On average 3 to 4 weeks estimated delivery time for truckers except DHL and Aramex 7 to 15 days. However, this is an approximate estimate; it sometimes happens that exceptional and involuntary delays on our part are to be deplored for various reasons such as bad weather, strikes, mechanical breakdowns, customs inspections, etc. This however occasionally remains rare.
