The loyalty program of the tijara-discountexpress.com site is developed by the company Tijara-DISCOUNT S.A.R.L. based in Morocco of Moroccan law with the capital of 50 000 MAD, registered in the Trade register of Meknes under the number 17893028.

ARTICLE 1: PRESENTATION of the TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM loyalty PROGRAMME  :

The tijara-discountexpress.com site's loyalty program is a program designed to reward customer loyalty from the tijara-discountexpress.com site. This program allows customers to accumulate loyalty points as they are purchased in the Tijara-discountexpress.com site and can then be converted to a discount voucher.

ARTICLE 2: ADHESION to the TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM loyalty PROGRAMME: :

To join the program, simply register on the website tijara-discountexpress.com.

ARTICLE 3: ACQUISITION of loyalty POINTS: :

Loyalty points have no market value, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred or sold to a third party. The member acquires points during his purchases in the site tijara-discountexpress.com.

The subscriber's points account details as follows:

10 Euro purchase = 1 Loyalty Point

1 point of fidelity = 0.10 euros (discount voucher)

ARTICLE 4: CONSULTATION of the balance of loyalty POINTS: :

The member can check his account points at any time via the website www.tijara-discountexpress.com.

ARTICLE 5: Duration of validity of the POINTS of fidelity: :

The points are valid for a period of 2 months.

Any claim relating to the program must be addressed to:

Claims relating to the award of points shall be addressed within a maximum of three (3) months from the date of the last transaction.

ARTICLE 7: EVOLUTION of the PROGRAMME: :

TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate definitively the loyalty program of the www.tijara-discountexpress.com site without compensation. In these different cases TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM will inform the members with a notice of two (2) months broadcast by email or on the site www.tijara-discountexpress.com. In the event of a definitive deletion of the programme, the members shall have a period of two (2) months from the announcement made by TIJARA-DISCOUNTEXPRESS.COM to convert their points into vouchers for reduction or purchase. All the points remaining on the account at the expiration of this period of two (2) months will be permanently lost.

These general conditions are subject to Moroccan law, without prejudice to any rules of conflict of laws which may exist.
